Project enquiries
When you contact us through the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address and the message you provide. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss the project with you. Please do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in the form.
Website and email services
The website and mailbox use ProService hosting. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security services. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs. The enquiry form sends your message to our project mailbox using WPForms and WP Mail SMTP.
External video
The site links to a project video on YouTube rather than loading a video player automatically. If you choose to open the link, you leave this website and YouTube’s own privacy and cookie rules apply.
Your information
You may contact us to ask about the information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We will review your request and explain any limitations that apply.
Enquiry retention
For project enquiries that do not become an ongoing business relationship, we retain the correspondence for six months after the last correspondence, then delete it from the project mailbox. Correspondence relating to an ongoing business relationship is handled separately; its retention period must be determined for that relationship.
Why we process information
We handle project enquiries to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into an agreement. We process technical information for our legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable website, preventing abuse and protecting communications, subject to your rights. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but without an email address and message we may be unable to respond. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Technical services and cookies
Cloudflare services include delivery, security and a browser performance beacon. They may receive connection, browser, page and performance information. Security features and the form may use cookies or similar mechanisms to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse; administrator login uses WordPress cookies. We do not use the enquiry form for advertising profiling. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary functions may affect the form.
Service providers and international processing
Authorised members of our team and providers supporting website hosting, email, backups and security may process information for those functions. Cloudflare operates internationally, so technical information may be processed outside Georgia, including in the United States. Provider policies describe their processing practices: ProService privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. Contact us for information about arrangements relevant to your enquiry. We do not promise that all technical information is stored only in Georgia.
Requests and complaints
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, and information about its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Contact the mailbox above; we may need to verify your identity proportionately before disclosing information. You may also raise a complaint with the State Audit Office of Georgia or a competent court. This site does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about project enquiries.
Technical logs and backup copies are managed separately from enquiry correspondence according to the operational needs and retention settings of the relevant services. Contact us for clarification about a particular record. We will update this notice if the website’s processing changes.
